Research on overall encryption adjustment technology of offshore oil field

Abstract:

Take SZ36-1 oilfield as an example, offshore fields of heavy oil have stepped into later stage in development life and revealed problems gradually for serious injection/production contradiction, big variation for producing reserves in interlayer and plane, much higher for well-controlled reserves, lower for both of oil production rate and oil recovery, changing fast for composite water cut rising and production decline. In view of the challenge for development of offshore fields of heavy oil in China, we put forward the study of comprehensive adjustment for offshore fields in large scale firstly. Because of the special development mode of offshore fields, the proven research thinking and technical route for comprehensive adjustment used by onshore oilfields could not be copied to offshore fields. The research technology of comprehensive adjustment for integral well pattern thickening faces many technical difficulties, so now this research makes a combination of self-characteristics and development mode of SZ36-1 oilfield to put forward a full suite of research thinking and research methods for integral potential tapping and adjustment, and the proposal of comprehensive adjustment for integral well pattern thickening in SZ36-1 oilfield phase I. A water injection well pattern of inverted nine spot is transformed into a well pattern of line drive after pattern adjustment to try a development modes of "direction well & horizontal well network" . The implementation effect of integral well pattern thickening makes a good effect for greatly improved state of water flooding, improved from 80.5 % before adjustment to 91.3 % after adjustment for producing degree of water flooding, forecasting greatly improved recovery for 10.4 %. The technique of adjustment for integral well pattern thickening is sure to be popularized and applied among the similar oilfields.

Experiment on aluminum alloy members under axial compression

Abstract: To improve the design methods of Chinese aluminum alloy members, experiment of 63 profiled aluminum alloy members, made of Chinese aluminum alloy 6061-T6, under axial compression is conducted in this paper. Valuable experimental data are obtained. At the same time, in order to obtain the relevant data, a large number of other experimental data from published papers and technical reports are collected and sorted out. 167 valid experimental data points are obtained finally. Furthermore, for the purpose of creating column curves, the aluminum alloy members under the axial compression, used in experiments, are analyzed by means of FEM. Based on the numerical results, 2 column curves are created by means of the numerical fitting method. The column curves are compared with the calculated data according to the experimental results for verification, and also are verified with the curves in design codes of several relevant countries. The numerical results show that the column curves obtained in this paper are valid and reliable.

Abstract: Based on the human interface elements (HIEs) as the emotional carriers, this paper researches the general analysis steps of hierarchical HIEs and puts forward a new systematical deconstruction method for Kansei engineering fields. A mobile phone is taken as the research subject, the emotional design rules are inferred based on the multiple-orientation information of human interfaces, and the emotional change law is grasped from a new perspective. The research on the deconstruction method promotes the study of Kansei engineering and is a significant guide and reference for the theory and practice of related product design fields.

Key Technologies in the Design and Construction of 300 m Ultra-High Arch Dams

Abstract:

Starting with the Ertan arch dam (240 m high, 3300 MW) in 2000, China successfully built a total of seven ultra-high arch dams over 200 m tall by the end of 2014. Among these, the Jinping I (305 m), Xiaowan (294.5m), and Xiluodu (285.5 m) arch dams have reached the 300 m height level (i.e., near or over 300 m), making them the tallest arch dams in the world. The design and construction of these 300 m ultra-high arch dams posed significant challenges, due to high water pressures, high seismic design criteria, and complex geological conditions. The engineering team successfully tackled these challenges and made critical breakthroughs, especially in the area of safety control. In this paper, the author summarizes various key technological aspects involved in the design and construction of 300?m ultra-high arch dams, including the strength and stability of foundation rock, excavation of the dam base and surface treatment, dam shape optimization, safety design guidelines, seismic analysis and design, treatment of a complex foundation, concrete temperature control, and crack prevention. The experience gained from these projects should be valuable for future practitioners.
